S/S 2021
My final line was inspired by the visual dichotomy of nature and industry and how it relates to my own understanding of femininity. I created hand-drawn prints in an effort convey a feeling of human connection and origin. Structured canvas pairs with A lighter gauze for a sense of tough fluidity that I associate with strong women of every walk.
Garments are 100%cotton for breathability, accessibility and easy care.

Print Development
I have always approached life with a DIY attitude and have recently taught myself the basics of screen printing. the above print is my rendition of an echinacea bloom, drawn and then hand painted onto the screen with blocking fluid and screen filler. The wheat print on to the right was hand drawn, edited in photoshop and affixed to the screen with diazo photo emulsion.
